Liga Medika 2010-Science Program

Student Council of Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia would like to invite you to participate in Liga Medika 2010-Science Program-.

Liga Medika 2010 -Science Program- is an event organized by Scientific Study and Research Organization - Student Council of Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia (or in Bahasa Indonesia: Lembaga Pengkajian dan Penelitian-Senat Mahasiswa Ikatan Keluarga Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia).

This prestigious event offers medical and dental students from all around the world an opportunity to meet in friendly scientific competitions and a free seminar, as well as enjoy an exciting agenda of a good sociality in Indonesia.

There will be 2 kinds of scientific competitions and a free seminar within a big theme of "Endocrinology and Metabolism". The details are as follows:

1. Literature Review Competition
1st Prize : IDR 3.000.000

2nd Prize: IDR 2.000.000

3rd Prize: IDR 1.000.000
Registration fee:
until 1 March 2010 : IDR 150.000

2 March 2010-15 May 2010: IDR 200.000

Participants may enter as an individual or as members of a team.

The number of team members is restricted to a maximum of three.

2. Research Review Competition
1st Prize : IDR 6.000.000
2nd Prize: IDR 4.000.000
3rd Prize: IDR 2.000.000
Registration fee:
until 1 March 2010 : IDR 350.000
2 March 2010-15 May 2010 : IDR 400.000
Participants may enter as an individual or as members of a team.
The number of team members is restricted to a maximum of five.

3. Free Seminar: "Breaking The Viscious Cycle of Obesity-Metabolic Syndrome-Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Through a Comprehensive Patient's Management"
